Esram Metals’ advanced facilities are strategically equipped to handle high-volume metal processing and storage operations. The main warehouse features a wide array of specialized machinery, including vertical, cylindrical, and square balers for compacting scrap; dedicated crushing machines; portable weighing scales; and a full-size weighbridge for tracking incoming and outgoing materials.

To support seamless logistics and bulk handling, the facility is equipped with excavators, forklifts, and RORO bins in various sizes, alongside trailers with load capacities of 3, 10, and 16 tonnes. The factory complex also includes designated areas for smelting, maintenance, loading, and aluminium ingot production—ensuring an efficient, end-to-end operational flow.

A standout capability at Esram is its in-house aluminium ingot manufacturing plant, which operates in full compliance with environmental and quality regulations. The processing cycle incorporates briquetting for efficient material compaction, e-waste separation and treatment, and a streamlined production system as outlined in the company’s flowchart (Appendix A). These facilities enable Esram to fulfill both domestic and international orders with consistency, efficiency, and speed.
